North Star Clinic is dedicated to delivering comprehensive wellness care for Medicare Advantage patients with an AstranaCare (VOMG) primary care provider. Our patients receive 45–60 minutes of one-on-one time with a provider to complete annual wellness visits, capture risk codes, and close gaps in care. We focus on a concierge-like experience that goes beyond simply seeing patients, we truly care for them.
